As a Lead Technician, you will be responsible for providing expert appliance repair services, training and mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring the overall success of the appliance repair department.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>- Diagnose and repair a wide variety of home appliances,<\/span> <\/span><\/span>including refrigerators,<\/span> <\/span><\/span>washers,<\/span> <\/span><\/span>dryers,<\/span> <\/span><\/span>dishwashers,<\/span> <\/span><\/span>ovens,<\/span> <\/span><\/span>and stoves.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshoot appliance malfunctions to identify the root cause of problems.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Provide accurate and timely repair estimates to customers.<\/span><\/span>
