- Monitoring different funds, budgets, budget revisions, compilations and report distributions.
- Review fund activity and analyze trend reports to determine proper accounting treatment.
- Process transactions following established deadlines after a thorough review and interpretation of the substance of each transaction.
- Keeps track on expenditures on all Funds to be able to provide support with cost transfers and expenditure reports.
- Coordinates all travel and travel reimbursements for the Department.
- Point of contact for all maintenance work orders for the department and for all office equipment for the department.
- Assists with purchasing for the department. Maintain department expense log.
- Works closely with department personnel to maintain an accurate calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate department events and special projects assigned by Department Chair, Administrator and management.
- Supports department by collecting, composing, preparing, and responding to all incoming documents and correspondence to include confidential documentation.
- Oversees and periodically routes forms/vouchers and other documentation requiring authorized signature from Chair and Administrator.
- Keeps track and monitors all inventory in the Department, to include surplus equipment and all necessary documents.
- Submits accurate annual inventory report.
- Submit EOPS for payments, reimbursements, and gifts.

- Remain current with all licensure, certifications, and mandatory compliance and training requirements for this position.
