The Lead Business Analyst will perform functional business analysis with technical expertise to support Medicaid programs.
They will collaborate with Development and Systems teams to analyze workflows, data, and requirements, lead documentation efforts, perform data and impact analysis, investigate defects, and ensure consistent processes.
The role owns solution reviews, supports implementation, and maintains business process documentation.
This fully remote position requires 25% travel, especially during implementation phases.
Key responsibilities include developing requirements, analyzing systems and policies, designing process improvements, conducting statistical analyses, and acting as liaison between business and technical teams.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, with Medicaid and MMIS background preferred.
Salary ranges from $150,000 to $179,300, with comprehensive benefits and professional development support.
