- 5+ years of experience in AI development, specifically building agentic workflows and automating testing using AI tools.
- Hands-on expertise with LLMs, agentic development, and multi-step agent workflows.
- Test Automation & Frameworks:
- Design and implement reusable agentic testing patterns and reference implementations (sample repositories, templates).
- Advanced experience with test automation frameworks such as Karate (API testing) and Playwright (UI automation).
- Coverage Standards & Governance:
- Define and publish test coverage standards and risk-based prioritization.
- Develop and provide test plan/case/spec templates, quality checklists, and scalable tagging/metadata strategies.
- GenAI-Assisted Reporting:
- Build automated reporting solutions aggregating test and service data across microservices.
- Generate GenAI-driven summaries, release readiness narratives, and trend analysis for engineering teams and leadership.
- Quality Gates & Automated Review:
- Develop automated agents to review user stories/requirements for clarity, completeness, and data/privacy considerations.
- Integrate quality gates into GitHub workflows (PR checks, issue templates, GitHub Actions).
- GitHub & Copilot Proficiency:
- Strong proficiency with GitHub platform, Copilot, GitHub Actions (CI/CD), PR checks, automation via APIs/webhooks, and workflow templates.
- Cross-Service Data Aggregation:
- Aggregate, normalize, and report on results from multiple microservices and pipelines.
- Produce actionable automated reports (trend analysis, failure clustering, service correlation).
- Deliverables/Success Criteria:
- Delivery of a reusable agentic testing automation kit for multiple teams.
- Published standards, templates, and onboarding documentation.
- Working GenAI-assisted reporting pipeline across services.
- Automated quality gates integrated with GitHub, reducing story churn and rework.
- Interview Information:
- 2 interview rounds (virtual and onsite), targeting July 28th August 4th.
