Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of salesforce developers in designing and implementing solutions on the salesforce platform
- Develop custom solutions using salesforce apex, visualforce pages, and lightning components
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design efficient and scalable solutions
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Manage integrations with third-party systems and tools to enhance salesforce functionality
- Stay updated on salesforce best practices, new features, and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members to enhance their salesforce development skills
Skill Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of salesforce platform including salesforce apex, visualforce, lightning components, and salesforce declarative tools
- Proficiency in developing and customizing salesforce solutions to meet business requirements
- Strong understanding of salesforce data model, security model, and integration capabilities
- Ability to lead a team of developers, provide technical guidance, and drive project delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and cross functional teams
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset to drive continuous improvement
