We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper/admin staff member with at least 8 years of experience in general accounting, including receivables, payables, reconciliations, payroll, and bank statements.

Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30, with some flexibility, overtime, and on-call duties.
Qualifications include proficiency with QuickBooks, MS Office, data entry, and strong communication skills. Valid driver’s license, background check, and drug test are required.
