Superior Plastics is employee owned and seeking a motivated and hands-on Production Supervisor to join our growing manufacturing team in Plain City, Ohio. Pay: $41,600–$58,240 Based on experience, Hourly Position
Schedule That Works for Work–Life
Our unique rotating schedule means you only work 7 days in a 14-day pay period:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
Work/Life balance. You receive full-time pay and benefits while enjoying built-in time off throughout the month.
Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

What You'll Do:
- Lead and support production employees on the manufacturing floor
- Drive safety, quality, productivity, and attendance expectations
- Monitor daily production schedules and staffing needs
- Troubleshoot production and personnel issues
- Train and develop team members
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and management teams
- Maintain a positive and accountable work environment
- Help improve efficiency and workflow throughout the shift
What We're Looking For:
- Previous manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead by example on the production floor
- Dependable and organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Injection molding or plastics experience is helpful, but not required
