Vacancy ID 20262027 - 00506 Position Category Exceptional Child Instructor Title LBD Teacher Description Demonstrates proficiency in planning developmentally appropriate, research-based instruction that addresses Kentucky's learning goals and outcomes for students regardless of the students' disabilities. Closely monitor and document the progress toward mastery of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) of students with disabilities and report this information both orally and in writing at the students' annual review meetings. Collaborates with the school psychologist and any related services personnel to assist in gathering evaluation data for the assessment process for students with disabilities. Ensures that students with disabilities are being provided all the services listed in their IEPs. Ensure students with disabilities are placed in and receiving services in their least restrictive environments (LRE).
