Job Duties:

• Provide coverage for open shifts
• Assist clients with personal care, light housekeeping, transfers, grooming, errands, and companionship
• Travel between North Ogden and Farmington to meet client needs
• Assist in training other caregivers
• Perform occasional office duties if assigned

Job Schedule:

• Availability for at least 30 hours per week, up to 40 hours
• Available M-F between noon and 10 PM, with one weekend per month
• On-call Tuesday and Thursday nights from 5-10 PM with stipend, on call nights may change at times

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Previous caregiving experience
• Proactive approach to client care
• Able to assist with transfers using Hoyer and gait belt
• Experience with toileting, showering, and grooming assistance
• Strong attendance history in prior roles
