What You'll Do: Step out of the typical office and into the fresh air. In this role, you will manage your own route and be the go-to expert for our customers' outdoor spaces. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Inspecting and treating properties to keep lawns, trees, and shrubs healthy and thriving.
- Safely delivering applications of fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and fungicides.
- Building strong, trusting relationships with your customers.
- Selling and growing your lawn route, which paves the way for great career advancement opportunities.
- Ensuring all customer paperwork and service records are completed accurately.
What We're Looking For:- Previous lawn and ornamental experience.
- A valid driver's license and a strong driving record.
- A self-starter who enjoys working independently and spending the day outdoors.
- Understand the importance of paperwork.
- All new lawn hires will be required to take and pass the state exam for Lawn and Ornamental, within 6 months of state eligibility.
- Bonus points: State lawn/ornamental certification is a huge plus!
