We’re hiring a Fertilization Technician to run routes, apply treatments correctly, and deliver consistent results to our customers.
This is a hands-on production role for someone who takes pride in doing the job right.
Apply fertilizer and weed control treatments according to label instructions and company SOPs
Operate spray equipment safely and efficiently
Follow assigned routes and complete daily jobs accurately and on time
Identify common lawn issues and flag concerns for leadership
Maintain clean, organized equipment and vehicles
Communicate professionally with customers when needed
Follow all safety, licensing, and environmental guidelines
Represent the company with professionalism at all times
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to obtain and maintain an applicator’s license
Previous fertilization and/or weed control experience preferred
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Physically capable of walking properties and handling equipment
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow a schedule
Attention to detail — accuracy matters in this role
