We’re hiring motivated team members for the 2026 season. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a growing local business.
What You’ll Do
- Apply fertilizer and weed control treatments to residential lawns
- Operate commercial lawn equipment and ride-on machines
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work independently while staying part of a team
- Help customers achieve healthier lawns all season long
Pay & Perks
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
- +$2/hour for applicants with a valid Wisconsin Commercial Pesticide Applicator License

What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and hardworking
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
- Able to lift 50 lbs and walk throughout the day
- Lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus
- Commercial Pesticide Applicator License preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
