Position Overview:
We are looking for experienced lawn care technicians who know how to efficiently apply fertilizer, weed control, and basic turf treatments. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently, stay on schedule, and represent the company professionally.
Lawn Care Technician – Fertilization & Pest Control (Family-Owned & Operated Company)
MUST HAVE EQUIPMENT EXPERIENCE!
(Ride-On Spreader/Sprayer Experience)
(Z-Spray, Steele Green, PermaGreen, Turfware)

Responsibilities:
- Apply fertilizer, pre-emergent, and post-emergent weed control
- Identify common turf issues (weeds, disease, insects)
- Operate ride-on and push spreaders/sprayers
- Complete applications efficiently and safely
- Communicate with customers when needed
- Maintain clean and organized equipment/trucks
- Follow all label instructions and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous lawn care or turf experience REQUIRED
- Ability to run a route independently
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in all conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- PA pesticide license (or willingness to obtain) preferred
