As a Turf Management Technician, you'll manage your own route, drive a company vehicle, apply professional fertilizer and weed control treatments, and help homeowners get healthier, greener lawns. What You'll Do

• Apply fertilizer and weed control treatments using professional equipment and approved products
• Evaluate lawn and turf conditions and recommend solutions to customers
• Manage a daily route safely, efficiently, and independently
• Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the company professionally
• Maintain accurate service records and keep equipment clean and organized
• Identify opportunities for new business through customer conversations and neighborhood introductions

What We're Looking For

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Reliable, self-motivated, and professional — someone who shows up on time, every time
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and everything in between
• Able to regularly lift 40–50 pounds
• Available to work occasional Saturdays during peak season (spring/summer)
