Pay: $22–$28 per hour (Based on Experience)
Hours: 40–45 hours per week
Perform routine lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and property maintenance.
Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, including commercial mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and related tools.
Assist with landscape bed maintenance, including weeding, mulching, pruning, and seasonal cleanups.
Remove debris and blow off sidewalks, driveways, patios, and other hard surfaces.
Monitor properties for potential landscape issues, including pests, irrigation concerns, and plant health problems.
Work efficiently with crew members to deliver high-quality results and exceptional customer service.
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Assist with additional landscape maintenance tasks as needed.
Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is preferred but not required.
Willingness to learn and participate in on-the-job training.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
Valid driver's license required.

Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Occasional weekend work may be required during peak seasons, although weekend scheduling is kept to a minimum whenever possible.
