Administrative & General Support Job Family Security Department Security Admin Schedule NA Facility Community Hospital East 1500 North Ritter Avenue Indianapolis IN 46219 United States Shift NA Hours Locations available at Community Hospital East South and Anderson. 6pm-6am shifts available rotating weekends 36 hours a week on-call shifts required.

The Law Enforcement Officer provides an overall environment of SAFETY, serves & supports the patient delivery system, minimizes disruption, renders service support to run hospital operations, and strives to provide an exceptional positive experience to all people. Supports the operational needs and goals of the department. Incumbents in this position are expected to role model a professional service-minded behavior.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications --------------------------------------
High School Diploma or GED required. Valid Indiana Drivers License required. Four-year Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and/or Public Safety preferred. Prior law enforcement experience preferred. Ability to perform basic computer functions. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Ability to effectively manage conflicts. Ability to effectively manage negotiations. Ability to effectively use interpersonal skills. Ability to empathize and relate with others.
