Goldberg Segalla seeks a Law Clerk with a demonstrated interest in management side Employment & Labor law. The Law Clerk will primarily work with our Employment & Labor attorneys. Work includes, but is not limited to, analyzing complex workplace issues, drafting of pleadings and discovery, reviewing case and court docket information, legal research and caselaw focused on state and federal labor and employment laws. Applicants will be currently working towards a J.D. and this is a part time position. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and good communication skills. Candidates must be local to the Buffalo area.
The hourly salary for this role is $23.00 - $25.00. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law.
