About the Role:
Join I & L Industrial Laundry LLC as a Washline Personnel where you'll play a crucial role in our laundry operations. Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor washline machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Sort, load, and unload laundry items efficiently and accurately.
- Inspect items for damage and report any issues to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the washline area.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed.
- Assist in training new team members on washline operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a laundry or industrial setting is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
