The purpose of the Laundry Attendant Lead is to be responsible for assisting the Laundry Manager in leading and coordinating the cleaning and delivery/pickup process of hotel linens to ensure guests and hosts experience a clean hotel. This is to be done all in a manner consistent with the mission, values, and operating philosophies of The Dollywood Company.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to display and live out Lead with Love qualities, strongly rooted in the Dollywood Company culture, by being patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, dedicated and accountable.
