CAREER OPPORTUNITY: Laundromat Operations Manager
Location: McPherson, KS
We are seeking a motivated, career-driven individual to lead the day-to-day success of one of the cleanest, most modern and highly respected laundromats in the Midwest. The is a newly created leadership role offering significant growth potential, including performance-based bonuses, stock options and long-term ownership opportunities.
What You’ll Do
In partnership with the owner group, you will take full operational responsibility for running a high-performance facility. Key responsibilities include:
· Leading staffing, scheduling, and team development
· Training and mentoring a high-performance staff
· Managing inventory, supplies and cost control
· Maintaining exceptional quality standards and facility presentation
· Delivering outstanding customer service
· Light marketing and community engagement
· Additional duties as needed to driver operational excellence
No previous laundry industry experience is required – we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support. We’re looking for someone with strong leadership potential, reliability, and a customer first mindset who is reading to grow with the business.
Competitive Compensation & Benefits
· Starting Wage- Competitive hourly rate during 3–6-month training period (negotiable), transitioning to salaried compensation upon successful completion.
