Launch Advisor
Hours: 40 hours/week (M-F, 8 hours/day)Location: Remote (any time zone but working PST)W2 ContractDuration: 6/1/2026 - 11/30/2026
Overview:The Launch Advisor supports real estate partners through enrollment, onboarding, and successful program launch. This role blends sales, partner enablement, and program management, ensuring partners complete required steps and meet key milestones. The position requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to influence partners while collaborating cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide partners through onboarding and launch via kickoff calls and ongoing support
- Conduct virtual sales presentations, including product demos and consultative recommendations
- Maintain timelines and ensure partners meet enrollment and launch milestones
- Prospect, assess, and onboard new partners into the program
- Serve as a subject matter expert on program processes and requirements
- Provide onboarding, training, and coaching to ensure successful program adoption
- Manage partner communications and follow-ups in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve partner questions and issues
- Transition partners to ongoing account management teams post-launch
- Utilize CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Tableau, Google Suite) to track progress and performance
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales and/or partner-facing experience (real estate experience preferred)
- Experience onboarding, training, or enrolling customers preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and accountability
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred
- Experience with work management tools such as Smartsheet preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $40-$45per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
