We're hiring: Latin America Sales Manager (Capital Equipment)

Are you a multilingual sales pro ready to lead market expansion across Latin America? We’re partnering with an innovative equipment manufacturer to find a Latin America Sales Manager to develop and grow their distributor network across Central and South America.
This is a ground-floor opportunity — the first hire of its kind — reporting directly to leadership and stepping into a space with active distributors and untapped potential.
What You’ll Do:
Build and manage a strong dealer network
Lead capital equipment sales across diverse markets
Deliver technical training and support to partners
Travel across Latin America (~75%)
What You Bring:
Fluent in English, Spanish (must have), and Portuguese helpful
Proven capital equipment sales experience in Latin America
(Experience with Food processing equipment or packaging machinery)
Strong relationship-building skills and technical sales know-how
Food, pharma, or industrial equipment background is a plus.
