Main Responsibilities include:
- Client Care & Services: Lash extensions, brow lamination, tinting, sugaring, facials, upselling, client education
- Studio Operations: Sanitation, check-in/out, team support, studio upkeep
- Professional Growth: Training, ongoing skill development, world-class service standards
Requirements include:
- Must-Haves: Esthetician/cosmetology license, willingness to learn Deka Lash techniques, availability evenings/weekends, previous lash experience (required)
- Nice-to-Haves: Sales experience, lash and/or brow certification, prior lash application experience
- Soft Skills: Punctual, friendly, team-oriented, growth mindset
