Laser Operator Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Laser Operator Helper for our 2ndShift team. This is an entry level position where you will assist the Laser Operator by pulling cut parts out of steel skeletons, removing thermal oxide off the edges and storing raw materials in the proper locations. Earn while you learn from an experienced operator. We are looking for a results-driven individual who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace. Compensation & Schedule
Pay Range: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (Starting rate commensurate with experience)
Shift: Second Shift
$3,000 sign-on bonus for 2nd and weekend shifts Welders and Machine Operators
15% shift differential for 2nd shift

Key Responsibilities
Material Handling: Load sheet metal into bays and safely use a forklift to move materials and completed parts.
Post-Processing: Separate and "pick" parts from skeletons, stack them systematically, and package finished goods using banding or shrink wrap.
Qualifications
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and remain active in a manufacturing environment.
Aptitude: Solid shop math.
