AlphaGraphics Lake Norman is a locally owned and operated print, sign, and marketing communications company. We are passionate about customer service and helping businesses succeed. We’re growing and looking for a skilled Large Format Sign & Vinyl Specialist to join our team in Cornelius, NC.
Responsibilities
- Operate wide-format printers
- Produce signs, banners, decals, window, and wall graphics
- Vinyl cutting, weeding, masking, and application
- Laminating, trimming, and mounting graphics
- Fabricate and assemble sign components
- Assist with sign installation when needed
- Maintain equipment and shop organization
- Review artwork and set up production files
- Assist with digital print and bindery when needed
- Follow production schedules and job tickets accurately
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in large format printing or sign production (preferred)
- Experience operating vinyl plotters, laminators, and finishing tools
- Familiarity with RIP software (ONYX), a plus
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong work ethic—dependable and eager to grow

Schedule
- Full-time, 8-hour DAY shift
- Monday–Friday
