Site / Civil Project Engineer – Dallas, TX

An established, nationally recognized engineering and environmental consulting firm is seeking a Site/Civil Project Engineer to join its Dallas team. Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and permitting of site/civil and land development projects

• Design site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion control from concept through completion

• Manage multiple projects, budgets, schedules, and client communications

• Prepare and review reports, proposals, and technical documentation

• Perform hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and support stormwater management and compliance

• Support client development and maintain existing relationships

• Mentor and oversee junior staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or EIT required

• 6+ years of site/civil land development experience

• Strong knowledge of local permitting and regulatory processes

• Experience with grading, drainage, and infrastructure design

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D

• Strong project management, communication, and client-facing skills

• Experience with stormwater management and SWPPP preparation
