    We’re looking for a Field Support Tech to help keep our landscape crews running efficiently by organizing materials, managing inventory, and delivering supplies to job sites.

    What You'll Do

    • Track and organize materials, tools, and inventory in the yard and warehouse
    • Deliver materials and equipment to job sites
    • Coordinate material pickups and supplier deliveries
    • Keep the shop, warehouse, and yard clean and organized
    • Work with Foremen and Project Managers to ensure crews have what they need
    • Operate equipment such as a Bobcat and one-ton dump truck

    Qualifications

    • Experience with inventory, materials, or warehouse organization preferred
    • Ability to lift and move landscaping materials safely
    • Strong organization and problem-solving skills
    • Comfortable working outdoors and independently
    • Valid driver’s license required
    • MN DOT Medical Card required (Obtain before hired)

    Pay

    $18–$24 per hour

    Full-time seasonal position 

    Benefits

    • Health & Dental Insurance ( Must qualify under full time status)
    •  Referral program- $500 Bonus + $1 over ride for 12 months. 
    •  OT Pay: 1 & ½ time pay after 40 hours/week

    •  Minnesota Sick & Safe time:1hr for every 30 hours worked.

    Schedule
    • This seasonal position typically works 40+ hours per week. Overtime and extended hours may be required based on seasonal demands, weather conditions, project schedules, and business needs. 
    Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
