We are seeking an experienced Crew Leader with at least 1 year of landscaping crew leadership to join a dynamic team.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising 2-5 team members in various landscaping tasks such as maintenance, installation, and supportive services.
- Ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in daily operations.
- Managing schedules, delegating work, and maintaining client satisfaction by addressing concerns.
- Training and providing feedback to crew members and ensuring equipment is maintained properly.
- Promoting a safe work environment and logging equipment usage.
Requirements: Valid driver’s license with Chauffeur's endorsement, verified landscaping leadership experience, and relevant field knowledge.
Compensation: $19-$22/hour depending on experience and certifications.
