The Crew Leader oversees landscape operations at client sites, managing a team of 2-5 members to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery across maintenance, installation, and supportive services like irrigation and chemical applications.
- Maintain schedules, meet service expectations, and address customer concerns.
- Supervise daily site activities, delegate tasks, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Communicate with management, provide team feedback, and assist in training crew members.
- Ensure equipment maintenance and proper record-keeping of time and usage.
- Ensure crew adherence to safety standards and work in outdoor, variable conditions, including extreme heat and near traffic or water.
- Requires landscape experience, leadership skills, a valid driver’s license, and physical ability to lift and work outdoors.
