Responsibilities:
  • Assist in overseeing daily landscape installation operations and team activities.
  • Coordinate and execute landscape installation projects, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
  • Perform routine inspections of landscaped areas and address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscape needs and preferences.
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering of landscape materials.
  • Promote a positive team culture that emphasizes collaboration and excellence.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in landscape installation.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Knowledge of horticulture, landscape design and installation techniques.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to operate landscaping equipment and machinery safely.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
