Job Title: Landscape Sales & Marketing Manager

We are a growth-driven landscaping company seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead 
revenue strategy, drive market expansion, and build a high-performance sales organization.
In this pivotal role, you will drive growth by developing strong client relationships, promoting our 
full range of landscaping services, and executing sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s vision. Your leadership will inspire a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service, 
ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
 
This is not a maintenance role; it is a leadership opportunity for someone who wants to scale a 
company, own the scoreboard, and be directly accountable for revenue and gross margin 
performance.
 
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
  • Driving annual revenue growth and achieving gross margin targets 
  • Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to expand services across target markets 
  • Leading, coaching, and holding accountable a team of Account Managers, Estimator/Designer, and Business Developers 
  • Building and managing a disciplined sales pipeline with accurate forecasting 
  • Improving bid-hit ratios and increasing average contract value 
  • Overseeing estimating accuracy and pricing strategy using LMN 
  • Aligning sales growth with operational capacity and labor budgets 
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors to identify new business opportunities 
  • Conducting site visits, client consultations, and supporting landscape design/build and  maintenance opportunities 
  • Collaborating with operations teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations and quality standards 
  • Leading marketing initiatives tied to measurable revenue outcomes 
  • Tracking sales performance metrics, preparing reports, and continuously refining strategies 
 
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience (landscaping, construction, or service industry  preferred) 
  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams 
  • Strong working knowledge of LMN software 
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue and gross margin targets 
  • Solid financial and operational understanding, including labor budgets and job costing 
  • Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, lawn care, irrigation, tree care, and horticulture practices 
  • Experience with landscaping design/build and project management 
  • Data-driven decision-maker who thrives in a metrics-based environment 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, challenge, and elevate a team 
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-focused approach 
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
