LiveWell Outdoors is a design-build company creating premium outdoor living environments. We're seeking a relationship-focused sales professional to guide clients from discovery through contract.
What You'll Do
- Meet with prospective clients at their homes (pre-vetted leads provided)
- Conduct site assessments and property measurements
- Collaborate with in-house Landscape Designers to develop solutions
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and change orders
- Manage client relationships from initial contact through project handoff
- Lead post-project reviews and warranty requests
- Log all activity in Monday.com
What You Need
- 3+ years consultative sales experience with proven track record
- Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects at once
- Self-directed with strong personal accountability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license + clean driving record
- Fluent in English
Preferred:
- Education in horticulture, landscape architecture, or design
- Knowledge of plants, hardscape, drainage, irrigation
- Experience with CAD software
