Established in 2001, Quiet Village Landscaping is a full-service landscape design, construction, and property-care company serving St. Louis and the surrounding communities. We create and maintain thoughtfully designed outdoor environments through quality craftsmanship, reliable service, and close attention to the client experience.


Quiet Village Landscaping is seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to oversee landscape construction and installation projects from planning through completion. This position is responsible for coordinating crews, materials, schedules, subcontractors, and client expectations while ensuring every project meets our standards for craftsmanship, profitability, and service. The ideal candidate understands landscape construction, communicates confidently with clients and field teams, and can keep multiple projects moving without losing sight of the details. Projects include custom residential landscapes, patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, drainage improvements, lighting systems, and estate properties. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage landscape design-build and outdoor living projects from handoff through final completion.
  • Coordinate project schedules, crews, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and deliveries.
  • Review project plans, estimates, scopes of work, and job specifications before work begins.
  • Conduct site visits and monitor workmanship, safety, productivity, and project progress.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the project.
  • Identify potential delays, scope changes, and job-site challenges before they affect the project.
  • Work closely with designers, sales representatives, operations leaders, and field personnel.
  • Track labor, material usage, change orders, and project profitability.
  • Ensure finished projects meet Quiet Village Landscaping's quality standards.
  • Complete project documentation and support a smooth final walkthrough and closeout.

Qualifications

  • Three or more years of landscape construction, project management, or related field-management experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of landscape installation, hardscaping, grading, drainage, irrigation, planting, and outdoor construction.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple crews and projects.
  • Strong organizational, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional client-service and communication skills.
  • Ability to read landscape plans, specifications, estimates, and job-cost information.
  • Comfortable using project-management, scheduling, and mobile communication systems.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to work outdoors and visit active job sites in varying weather conditions.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are helpful but not required.

Pay and Benefits

  • Full-time, W-2 Employment
  • Pay: $60,000-$85,000 annually, depending on experience
  • Eligible for a performance-based annual bonus tied to project profitability, quality, and individual performance.
