Landscape Operations Manager | Warwick, RI Monday–FridayJob Overview: Coastal Companies LLC is seeking a dependable and experienced Landscape Operations Manager to oversee daily landscaping operations and support our growing team. This role is responsible for managing crews, ensuring quality work across all job sites, and helping coordinate projects from start to finish.This position plays a key role in maintaining efficiency, safety, and consistency across all landscaping services during the spring, summer, and fall seasons, while also supporting snow removal operations in the winter.Key Responsibilities: Operations & Crew ManagementOversee daily operations across multiple landscaping crewsProvide direction, support, and supervision to crew leaders and team membersEnsure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standardsAssist with scheduling, job planning, and coordination of crews and equipmentLandscaping Duties (Spring–Fall)Oversee lawn maintenance, plantings, seasonal cleanups, and landscape installationsEnsure proper use and maintenance of landscaping equipmentMonitor job site quality and address any issues as they ariseAssist crews on-site when neededSnow Removal Operations (Winter)Help coordinate and support snow removal crews during storm eventsAssist with site management, logistics, and response during snow operationsBe available for extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays during stormsQualifications: Previous landscaping experience requiredExperience leading crews or managing teams preferredStrong understanding of landscaping practices and equipmentAbility to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license requiredWhat We Offer: Year-round employment opportunitiesCompetitive pay based on experienceOvertime opportunities during peak seasons and snow eventsOpportunities for advancement within the companyHands-on leadership experienceIdeal Candidate: We're looking for someone who leads by example, takes pride in their work, and can keep teams organized and motivated.
