Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Landscape Maintenance Branch Manager for a leading client in the landscape maintenance industry. This is an onsite opportunity based in Corpus Christi, TX, supporting branch operations, client relationships, team performance, and overall service excellence.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Landscape Maintenance Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations while serving as a key liaison between the company, clients, and internal teams. This role is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing crews and resources, and supporting branch growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients while ensuring exceptional service and customer retention.
  • Oversee branch maintenance operations, including managing job sites, crews, equipment, and service quality.
  • Coordinate and support account teams, foremen, and laborers while providing leadership, training, coaching, and performance guidance.
  • Monitor branch performance, budgets, billing accuracy, contracts, and operational goals.
  • Identify staffing needs, support hiring efforts, and promote safe workplace practices.
  • Inspect properties, evaluate job quality, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience leading teams within landscape maintenance, grounds management, facilities services, construction, or a related operational environment.
  • Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing crews, supervisors, or operational teams.
  • Ability to analyze operational performance, estimate jobs, and support budgeting initiatives.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000-$100,000 annually, depending on experience. The organization provides a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
