Landscaper / Grounds Maintenance Technician

Location: Fenton, MO
Pay Rate:$18 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Overview

We are hiring a dependable and experienced Landscaper to support residential and commercial landscaping projects in the Fenton, MO area. This role is ideal for candidates with hands‑on experience in landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and plant care who take pride in creating and maintaining clean, attractive outdoor spaces while delivering great customer service.

Landscaper Responsibilities

• Perform weeding, trimming, and pruning of trees, shrubs, and hedges
• Plant flowers, trees, shrubs, and perennials according to landscape plans
• Apply mulch, edge and trim flower beds, and maintain landscaped areas
• Complete routine grounds maintenance, including deadheading and dividing perennials
• Operate landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Provide excellent customer service by responding professionally to client questions and concerns

Landscaper Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscaping, lawn care, groundskeeping, or outdoor maintenance preferred
• Knowledge of plant care, pruning techniques, and seasonal landscaping tasks
• Ability to safely operate and maintain landscape equipment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
