Dates of Hire 05/15/2025 - 11/30/2025 35 hrs. per wk; 8:00AM - 5:00 PM, Mon.-Fri.; work may occasionally start as early as 7 am and go as late as 6 pm, and may include some weekends; $17.36/hr.; OT up to 10 hrs/wk at $26.04/hr. No education or work experience is required. Landscape and maintain grounds by planting trees, shrubs, flowers; stake trees; fertilize ground; mow lawns; and, place decorative stones. Wages paid bi-weekly and will equal or exceed the prevailing wage or the federal, state or local minimum wage. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers will report to employer's location in Grand Junction and employer will provide transportation to work sites and back within the work schedule of 8AM to 5PM. Workers are responsible for transportation to employer location in Grand Junction. Work sites will be in multiple cities located in Mesa county. On-the-job training will be provided by the employer. Shared employer housing in Grand Junction may be available for approximately $500 per month for a shared room. Rent will not be deducted from pay for workers living in employer housing. Employer will make all deductions from paychecks required by law. Employer will reimburse any H-2B workers by check in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by H-2B workers that are not primarily for the benefit of the worker. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker by check for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay by check for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer, or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Employer will assist workers in securing board, lodging, or other facilities by referring them to housing resources. Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
