Landscape Maintenance (LM) Crew Leader
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday (occasional evenings, weekends, and snow operations)
Compensation: Based on experience + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Summary:- Lead and support a landscape maintenance crew in outdoor project execution.
- Perform hands-on landscaping tasks while supervising team members.
- Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on all job sites.
- Coordinate with management to plan and complete projects successfully.
Responsibilities:- Perform landscaping, maintenance, and construction tasks on outdoor job sites.
- Supervise, train, and motivate a crew of 2–3 team members.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscape equipment.
- Load trucks, transport materials, and maintain clean job sites.
- Coordinate with management to plan job scope, materials, and timelines.
- Track job budgets, materials, and crew time accurately.
- Ensure safety compliance and proper incident reporting.
- Participate in snow operations, including plowing and site management.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and maintain organized work areas.
Requirements:Desired Work Experience:- Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience required.
- Prior supervisory or crew lead experience preferred.
Education Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (or relevant experience).
Special Certifications Needed:- Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
Additional Qualifications:- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous physical labor.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Knowledge of landscaping tools, materials, and safety practices.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Bilingual candidates are a plus.
Working Conditions:- Outdoor environment in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow)
- Exposure to loud noise and moving equipment
- Physically demanding role requiring stamina, coordination, and mobility
