This position has an adjusted starting pay of $76,377.60. For non-state of Iowa employees, starting pay is negotiable within the pay scale range, based on years of experience above the minimum qualifications.
Are you a professionally licensed Iowa Land Surveyor looking to make a meaningful impact in your community? The Iowa Department of Transportation's District 3 Office is seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Northwest Iowa. In this role, you will play a key part in compiling and analyzing research data and field measurements that shape vital transportation projects. You will collaborate closely with our Senior Land Surveyor and Development Engineer to help lead and coordinate District Survey activities - ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellence in every project.
Location: This position is able to report to any Iowa DOT District 3 office or building location.
Shift Requirements: Monday - Thursday, 6:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., some daytime travel required.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
Possession of a current professional land surveyors license as issued by the Iowa Board of Engineering and Land Surveying.
