Qualifications involve broad experience in site grading, drainage, stormwater design (HydroCAD), project budgeting, and proficiency in CAD platforms (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Carlson). A BS in Civil Engineering or related field, 5+ years of experience, PE licensure, and strong interpersonal skills are required.
