Overview:
Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Civil/Site team in Jacksonville, FL! This role is responsible for project management, leadership, profitability, and client management for the Civil/Site project design team.

Responsibilities:
Project management of land development plans, stormwater management, water and sanitary sewer, soil erosion and sediment control design
Managing multiple projects and workload with competing deadlines
Quality control
Regulatory agency permitting
Proposal scope and budget preparation
Financial management including invoice preparation and accounts receivable
Scheduling of projects so that they succeed
Properly manage clients and bring in new clientele as well
Hiring, mentoring and training new staff to build a successful Civil/Site team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
10+ years of site design experience
PE license is required
Knowledge of local city, county and state land use processes and regulations
Proficiency in technical skills in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrological analyses, grading and other site development related designs
Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D
Ability to interact well with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities
Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team environment
Construction oversight experience a plus
Dedicated, responsive, and organized
Possess a valid driver’s license
Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions
