Introduction
William County Department of Development Services is seeking a dynamic solutions-oriented professional to join our Land Development Division as a Development Services Team Lead - Planner in our Bonds and Land Permit Section. This role offers the opportunity to perform meaningful, challenging, and rewarding work while leading projects, guiding teams, and contributing to the shaping of the County's development processes. About This Role: As the Land Development Team Leader, your major responsibilities will be:
Occasionally, backup for the Land Development Counter.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D. and 5 years of related experience (Bonds, Escrows, Land Development, Land Use, Planning/Zoning, Construction, or another related field).

Ability to pass a DMV Records Check
Work Schedule: Exempt level position which works a standard Monday-Friday schedule, 37.5 hours per week. This position can telework 1 day per week after an initial probationary period.
Starting Salary Range:
$70,921.50 - $90,096.87
