Responsibilities/Qualifications:

 

Drees Homes, a nationally recognized homebuilder known for innovation and excellence is seeking a Land Acquisition Manager to support the Raleigh Division. This role is responsible for land acquisition, including market analysis, site identification, and feasibility, and plays a critical part in shaping future communities and driving long-term growth.

 

We’re looking for a motivated professional who can work independently within a structured environment, is eager to learn the business, and brings an outgoing, optimistic approach.

 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Source and secure land and lot opportunities
  • Conduct market, financial, and feasibility analyses
  • Negotiate contracts and manage due diligence
  • Lead entitlement and permitting efforts
  • Build strong relationships with developers, brokers, and local stakeholders

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Land Planning, or related field
  • 3+ years of land acquisition or related experience
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Experience with contracts, entitlements, and financial modeling
