We are currently looking for candidates located within 60 miles of any of the listed hubs to foster more in-person connections while maintaining our flexible remote culture.About This RoleAs part of Intersect's Land Acquisition team, you'll help secure the sites that make our renewable energy projects possible. You'll support land campaigns across solar, storage, OGM, transmission, and data centers, contributing to every stage of the process—from early strategy and due diligence to negotiation, site control, and financial close. Your work will span GIS administration, contract oversight, budget tracking, and direct engagement with landowners and community groups. You'll collaborate daily with Development and subject matter experts across the company, ensuring land acquisition efforts stay on schedule and aligned with project goals.Team OverviewThe Land Acquisition team is responsible for site selection and control across Intersect's diverse project pipeline, with a primary focus in the CAISO market. Our scope covers the full cycle of development, from early-stage strategy through to start of construction. We work closely with Development, Permitting, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Community Engagement to ensure that projects are positioned for long-term success.
