Laminator Operator

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Laminator Operator to join our clients team in Strongsville, Ohio. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in manufacturing or laminating who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

As a Laminator Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating laminating machinery, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. You’ll play a key role in producing high-quality engineered materials for diverse markets, supporting our company's reputation for product reliability and customer satisfaction.

 

Hours:
  • Monday to Friday, 07:30 am – 4:00 pm
 

Pay:
  • $18.50 per hour
 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up laminator machine with master rolls of vinyl and paper or board
  • Load and align master rolls for proper lamination
  • Record jobs accurately into the computer system to maintain inventory
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures, report unsafe conditions
  • Identify and report poor quality materials and equipment issues
  • Assist with miscellaneous duties and support other departments when needed
 

Minimum Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of related experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow quality standards
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to read a tape measure and micrometer
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
 

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with laminating or manufacturing machinery
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures
