As a Laminator Operator, you will operate laminating equipment safely and efficiently while producing high-quality products, maintaining production standards, and supporting a safe manufacturing environment. This is a direct hire opportunity.

What Were Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of machine operator experience (laminator experience preferred but not required)
  • Experience measuring and working with chemicals
  • Ability to accurately read a ruler or tape measure
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to interpret job orders and production specifications
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and attendance
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment that may be dirty
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds

What Youll Do as a Laminator Operator:

  • Mix adhesives according to established formulas
  • Set up and operate laminating equipment safely and efficiently
  • Set up and operate the lathe machine as needed
  • Verify first-piece conformance to product specifications
  • Interpret job orders and verify adhesive calculations
  • Verify, cut, or resurface impression rollers to specifications
  • Add adhesive, change raw material rolls, and manage substrates during production
  • Maintain machines and work areas to SQF cleanliness standards
  • Handle hazardous waste using established procedures
  • Report quality issues, food safety concerns, accidents, and unsafe conditions promptly
  • Operate machinery during break coverage when needed
  • Participate in audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and performance system activities
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
