Job Description:
Seeking a LabWare LIMS Configuration & Integration Specialist to support a LabWare 8 upgrade within a GMP laboratory environment. The role focuses on configuring LabWare 8 workflows, master data, laboratory equipment integrations, and validation support for raw materials and commercial product testing.

Responsibilities:
Configure LabWare LIMS 8 for raw materials, commercial products, stability testing, and laboratory equipment workflows.
Build and maintain master data, test workflows, product specifications, sampling plans, and standardized LIMS configurations.
Translate regulatory, quality, and operational requirements into compliant LabWare configurations.
Support LIMS validation activities with complete requirements-to-configuration traceability.
Configure and support integrations between LabWare 8 and laboratory instruments, including Empower and LabX.
Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues impacting GMP laboratory operations.
Support LabWare upgrades, implementation activities, and operational readiness within regulated manufacturing environments.
Ensure compliance with GMP, validation, change control, and data integrity requirements.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.

Required Skills
Required hands-on experience configuring LabWare LIMS 8 (previous LabWare versions alone are not sufficient).
Experience implementing Raw Material Testing and Commercial Product Testing workflows required.
Experience configuring Laboratory Equipment Workflows within LabWare required.
Experience integrating LabWare with laboratory instruments such as Waters Empower and Mettler Toledo LabX required.
Experience supporting LIMS validation, requirements traceability, and regulated documentation required.
Strong understanding of GMP, laboratory operations, validation, and data integrity requirements required.
Experience configuring master data, product specifications, sampling plans, and laboratory workflows required.
Experience troubleshooting LabWare configuration and instrument interface issues required.
Hands-on LabWare technical configuration or development experience required.

Preferred Skills
Experience supporting LabWare 8 upgrades or enterprise LIMS implementations.
Experience in biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical GMP laboratory environments.
Experience supporting inspection readiness and regulatory compliance activities.
Experience with laboratory equipment integration, interface configuration, or parsing scripts.
Experience working with change control and validated system implementation processes.
