FieldBridge Energy seeks a West Lake, LA-based Laborer to work for the world's 2nd largest oilfield service company.
Pay/Schedule: $16hr with great opportunity for OT. M-F - 8am-5:00pm. At $16/hr. and 56 hrs per week for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,024 gross.
Position Overview
FieldBridge is seeking a reliable General Laborer to support plant maintenance and production activities. This temporary-to-hire role involves receiving direction from the Foreman, performing general construction and maintenance tasks, and assisting with site preparation, material handling, and housekeeping. The position requires flexibility to work varied shifts including nights as workload demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Moves materials and equipment to work locations and sets up work sites
- Prepares construction sites, pours and spreads concrete, sets forms, and finishes surfaces
- Participates in routine and turnaround plant maintenance projects and activities
- Supports plant production activities in receiving and shipping materials and products
- Completes records, maintains tools and equipment, and performs clean-up and housekeeping activities
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work up to 12 hours standing and follow instructions
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- Previous manufacturing or construction experience preferred with demonstrated job tenure
- Available for night shift and flexible scheduling as needed
- Must pass required general inspection and eye exam
