    Job Summary
    These positions use general construction experience and familiarity with tools. The Laborer will work as part of a crew and assist in all manual labor aspects of the project. 
    Responsibilities 
    • Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.
    • Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
    • Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.
    • Remove, fill, or compact earth.
    • Digging holes or trenches.
    • Help equipment operators and other skilled labor when necessary.
    Qualifications
    • Reliable transportation.
    • Pass a background check.
    • Pass a pre-employment drug test.
    • Be at least 18 years of age.
    • Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
    • Ability to work in all weather.
    • Be punctual and reliable.
    • The ability to safely use hand and power tools.
