Laborer – Seasonal Earth Work Solutions – Douglas Branch Earth Work Solutions is looking for a seasonal Laborer to join our Douglas branch. This position will assist with roustabout duties, including fencing and general labor on a variety of projects.
This is a seasonal position with the opportunity to move into a permanent role this fall.
Job Duties:
Assist with roustabout work
Help with fencing projects
Perform general labor as needed
Load, unload, and move materials
Follow directions from supervisors and crew leads
Maintain a safe and clean work area
Schedule:
Monday – Friday (occasional weekends if project needs require it)
10–14 hour shifts, depending on the project
Seasonal work with potential for permanent employment this fall
Requirements:
Must be dependable and willing to work long shifts
Ability to perform physical labor outdoors
Must follow safety procedures
Previous labor, fencing, or roustabout experience is helpful but not required
